There are 2 options for waivers. You can have a Standard Waiver that all members must sign before they join or play. And, then there is an Event Specific Waiver. For this waiver, all participants must complete the waiver before they can even register for the event.
Club+ members can unlock new waiver functionality with these simple steps:
1. Set up a free call or email our PicklePlay team to discuss the volume of waivers needed for your club and unlock this feature.
2. Easily upload your PDF to add your Standard Waiver for all members to sign and/or for any Event Specific Waivers.
3. Once active, members or players must follow steps to sign and agree to waivers before being able to take other actions like viewing the schedule or signing up for an event.
4. Our waivers are stamped with name, date, and time included with the actual signature, making sure you are properly covered.
5. Waivers are safely stored for easy access. At any time, waivers can be downloaded or printed by admins! Admins can access waivers from the "Members Tab" on the web version of the software.
The Waivers Tab on web portal allows admins to manage Event Specific Waivers and/or toggle Club Waivers active or inactive. This allows for new waivers to be added and old ones to be deactivated on a yearly or as-needed basis.
