You can create events or open play sessions on your club's schedule and with the court reservation software connected, you can select which courts you need blocked off for those specific events. The software automatically syncs your club events to your booking calendar and blocks off the courts being utilized during that time frame.
Events are easy to set up and you have the ability to make the event private or public. You can select which courts you want blocked off.
With PicklePlay, you can see court availability and filter by day, week or month to see bookings. You will also see any events that have been added.

User experience:
The process to book is quick and easy. As a user or player, they can easily click "Reserve Courts" on their club's schedule tab to be routed to the custom court reservation page. Here is the basic overview of courts, the pricing, hours, and availability calendar.
Step By Step Guide for Players
1. Click Reserve Courts.
2. The player, when ready, simply clicks "Book Now" to start the reservation process.
3. Select the date, then booking duration, then the court number of their choice.
4. Pay or click complete if $0 (no fee) completing the booking process, either paying with a debit or credit card via Stripe.
5. View your booking dashboard under "My Bookings" or go back to club portal "Back to Club Name" at the top. In the "My Bookings" tab, you can view upcoming and also past reservations.
